Maple-Mustard Chicken

Think beyond waffles and pancakes. Maple syrup is the perfect compliment to your favorite marinades! We suggest dark or very dark for chicken or red meat.
Ingredients:
  • 4 (6-ounce) chicken breast, wings, or thighs
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 cup chicken broth
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup
  • 2 teaspoons thyme
  • 2 medium sliced garlic cloves
  • 1 tablespoon cider vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon mustard

Directions: mix all ingredients except the chicken together in a large mixing bowl. Pour into a large ziploc bag and place chicken in. Let sit overnight. Heat oven to 350 degrees and cook for 45 minutes. Serve with sweet potatoes and green beans.
